Glad ta' see you haven't forgotten me entirely under that pile of boys you have huddlin' around up there. It's been a while for old Harl', but you bet your boots I'm ready to rev up and see just what these places have to offer!

Whaddya mean you're not sure where to stick me? A little bit of Harley goes with anything!

[ Harley doesn't react, outwardly, to the words, besides that smile of hers softening just a bit. ] You leave him be, even if we're having our differences, I ain't gonna let anyone hurt my Mista J'! [ Except, maybe her of course, all thing considered-- but she had enough build up for such things to be reasonable. Besides... ]

I haven't even seen my Puddin' around here in a while.

Alright then I'll leave him alone [It does bug him that one thing he can get away with is hurting Harley since they're both criminals.]

Still you can let me know if something's bothering you though. We might be from different universes, but you're still Harley to me.

[ She had to wonder if she was even anything like the Harley he knew, since he was so different from the Joker she knew. Tapping a gloved finger to that dark painted plush lower lip thoughtfully. What a curious, curious thing. ]

That's sweet, but a girl like me can handle herself. [ Mostly... Harley tries, anyway. ] Plus, you and I aren't exactly on the same side of this coin, are we?

[He wasn't sure either, but he couldn't get over what he could see as similar. After all he lost his marbles when she died, so of course he wanted to see her again.]

We're not on the same side, but I don't exactly see any banks around here for you to rob.

[Admittedly he's being a hypocrite, but he couldn't help it.]

I like your style! [ The smile that curves her lips reaches her eyes easily enough, bright blue scrunching just a tad with her smile. ]

Even if you've got everything backwards. [ Because he has to be the one right, not her? It doesn't matter, that much is obvious once she dismisses her own words with a wave of her hand. ] So whadda they call you?

They call me The Jokester. Though if you felt like it you could call me Jackie.

[Maybe it wasn't the best idea being on a first name basis with Harley already, but he couldn't seem to keep his mouth shut around her.]

Jackie. [ She hums softly, it's a fitting name, she supposes. Makes it a little less strange to adjust to this whole thing, calling him the Joker in her head just didn't settle right. ] Gotta say it suits you!

I think it's the best thing I ever got outta my parents. Except maybe these dashingly good looks.

[Jokester had no such luxury. He knew Harleen as both her name and Harley so even when he added to Quinn part in his head it still sounded the same.]

Thanks to TwoFace down there my mun's thinking of sending me to that Barge place.

I guess it's the better of the options right now, huh? [ Some floating space-Arkham or a city that revolved around naughty-ness but had no familiar faces. She huffed a breath. Not like it was her choice anyway. ]

Mine's had some similar thoughts, thanks to Red and Harv; been a while since we've seen either, though the place itself... [ She wasn't sure what to make of it. ]

Well even though it's a prison it does have its freedoms. I mean it looks like you've got free-reign of the ship if you keep yourself from doing harm. I'm sure the Asylum doesn't have pancakes and waffles for breakfast.

And while I wouldn't be your Warden I'll be around. Seems my whole deal is I'll be able to bring the people I care about; Harley, Eddie and Duela, back to life but not myself. So the only way I'll be kicking around with the living is if I stick to being a Warden.

Pancakes. [ She hasn't had those since... since that one time on another thing like this she crossed paths with Deadpool. It had been short, but she clearly remembers pancakes. ]

Everyone's gotta make sacrifices, [ She knows this, too, all too well. ]

Yeah I guess you've got a point. I mean I would of never thought I would have the chance to bring any of them back. Heck I died before I can even hit Duela's killer with a hammer or my titanium belt buckle.

[Since he didn't see Joker with one he decided to show off the device at his belt. When pressed the belt shoots out just at the right height to where it could hit a man in front of him in the crotch.]

[ Definitely different do-dads, usually Harley was the one with the hammer and Joker his flower and buzzer. Though he had a much larger assortment of other things; shoe knives, gas, teeth, and so on. ]

Bet that's a bucket of laughs!

Sure though it only really helps me with Owlsie. Everyone else are either too strong or too quick.

I'd love to see the B-Man take a pop right in the batooski! [ And she gives a quick fist-jab for emphasis. She was supposed to be good, right now, but that didn't mean the appeal was lost. ]

[He laughs a little.]

I could just imagine that. The guy seems nice, but way too serious.

[Jokester might of been a good guy, but even the good guys could enjoy a little Schadenfreude.]

The B-Man is alright, [ She can't hate on him entirely, ] He just gives my Puddin' too much hassle. Needs to learn ta' laugh a little.

I'll admit he needs to laugh more.

[After a pause he adds,]

Though I imagine that Batman is as obsessed with the Joker as I am with Owlman. His brain just broke in the opposite direction of mine.

[ She waves a dismissive sort of hand, not that she doesn't think about their relationship and the intricacies of it all; but at the same time it's very strange for her to think of the Joker being the B-Man. ]

Somethin' like that.
