[Jack flits around, tapping whatever he pleases with his staff to let intricately detailed icy designs take form and weave themselves around trees and benches and whatnot. With a few quick waves of his staff, snow begins to fall, and he drops a few snowballs around. GONNA GET COLD IN HERE.] Geez, you expect me to live in this heat? You should be grateful I haven't melted into a big puddle yet. We need to cool this place off by about sixty degrees.

So I'm officially declaring today a summer snow day! I know I'm not the only one dying of the heat here.

[He kicks up some nice, cold breezes to freshen the place up and make it not seem like it's a million degrees. COLD EVERYWHEREEEEEEEERE.]

[ OH THANK NATURE THE BLESSED BLESSED COLD. Periwinkle is gonna hide somewhere near that delightful cold air so she won't melt into a puddle either. Jack you may be her savior. Her wings were going to dry out and break! ]
