You can't be serious!
There is a war going on in my homeland, and you plan to take me away for "fun" — I can't allowed you to do that. I am a Jarl, and there are people who need me. If you want to go on an adventure, your best choice is to ask an adventurer that's willing to tag along.

I do not believe they will be so eager to listen, my jarl.

Hello, Dragonborn. [ a nod of acknowledgement. ] She insists that I "enter a game" when I have no interest at all. Is this what you're to deal with whenever you leave Solitude?

[She's not too sure what to think of them. But then again, they are a little weird, even moreso than Skyrim's terms.]
She has done terrible things, but she also has done good things as well. I'd like to think she has some kind of redeeming quality.

Trapped on a ship with no feasible escape, my ears bombarded with Stormcloak propaganda, and looking after our deceased emperor... A curse and a bit of entertainment both, actually.
And how is the court? And yourself?

After preventing the Wolf Queen's return, Solitude is as peaceful as ever. [ as much as it can be, that is. she smiles at vera. ] It could do more, however. [ after the war. ]
But... did you say our deceased emperor? [ please explain, the tone of her voice suggests. the necromancy in skyrim can bring back people from the dead, but they never were the same people at heart. ]

[After a moment, she nods.]
Martin Septim, my lady. The people who control the ship - and our arrival there - seem to be rather adept at magic, both in relation to time and the dead. He has been gone these two hundred years and yet he is whole, flesh, and unharmed. And very alive, as well. [Don't ask her how. In many ways, she doesn't want to know.]

[ do you know what this means — people coming back from the dead, flesh and bone and personality and heart. martin septim died during the oblivion incident, and that was two hundred years ago. maybe, just maybe...
initially, elisif looks hopeful before she shakes her head. her wish is too far from a star. ]
It's hard to believe, Dragonborn. [ but she believes. ] I wish the both of you well in that world. It's disturbing, to have that much power. One wonders if it's a Daedra's doing.

I wonder as well. It's unnatural. Many claim there are necromancers but I have not seen them personally.
[Not that it would help.]
I am told, too, that Alduin may make an arrival there at some point. And another dragon I'm acquainted with. [UNCOOL.] Which would not be the work of a mere necromancer.
