[Diarmuid pauses, thinking hard. While he had gotten to talk to a robot, he hadn't actually gotten to see the generator himself.]
Generators are the things they use to power the city. I don't know what they look like, but people had to go find them so that we could safely use the new part of the city.
[His eyes suddenly light up.]
There are all kinds of shops there too! So much to buy and you don't even have to trade for it. They give us some money to use because we are helping them! That is what you use instead of trading for things.
