I never thought I could truly hate anyone besides Ganondorf, but that hate that mun for what they did. For hurting Leon's mun so much that she left and never came back.

{Ahh Shadow, always so on top of things. He paws at his eyes. Great, nothing like mockery to better his mood.]

I've waited for him for years...I know he's not coming back...I still miss him though.

[He seems...more like a hurt child than a great hero...at this point, that's what he is. Still so new to having his body, his emotions haven't quite caught up yet.]

[Despite being an evil bastard, he hates when his other half is disturbed or upset. For a moment, part of him wanted to hunt down his bastard and kick his ass, no one hurt Link, but him --- or so Shadow thought in his own mind.]

[A sigh and suddenly he pulls Link to him, stroking his hair. Link seemed so young right now, not like the same Hero that defeated him in the Water Temple]

[He was tense as Shadow pulled him close, almost like he was going to yank away for fear of a sword through the gut or something like that, but when he felt his hat pushed off, those fingers in his hair...he sort of lost what composure he had.]

[Tucking his face into Shadow's shoulder, he trembled and simply broke down into tears. His hands gripping tight to that dark tunic, fingers trembling.]

[OOC Sorry bout the late reply, I was whisked off to bed by my fiance when you responded to me. I'm usually around. I'm on mobile a lot XD it's quiet at work right now cuz all the university students are on Reading Week -- I work at the coffee shop on campus.]

[Shadow was going to the proverbial hell for doing this, if Link didn't kill him first, Ganondorf would -- but he never listened to Ganondorf much anymore anyways and the older man had much more to worry about than Shadow cuddling with the enemy.]

[Well Shadow as long as you don't give him a reason to, he won't kill you and right now you're being civil and actually...sort of nice. That gives you brownie points!]

[He managed to calm down, sniffling and trembling in Shadow's hold, trying to get his tears and breathing under control. After a moment he leaned back, pawing at his eyes, his ears pinned back.]

M-My mun introduced me to this other muse a long time ago...We sort of..fell in love.

[Queue HUGE Blush here by the way.]

And then..another mun hurt his mun's feelings and she took him and left and I..

[He bites his lower lip]

I miss him and it hurts. A lot.

[A hand rests over his heart, gripping slightly.]

[Okay, now Shadow was pissed. It was one thing for his Link to get into battles and hurt by Monsters but Shadow refused to just stand by and let someone tear his Hero's heart apart, that was just wrong. That was Shadow's job, but only if he saw fit...of course.]

Link... [The use of his name now, meant that Shadow was serious and sincere about what he was going to say.]

Some Muns can be cruel and hurt other muns just because it makes them feel better, much like a bully. I know it hurts a lot. [He puts his hand over the one resting over Link's heart]

But you just gotta pick up and move on. Love comes and love goes. It's a constant in life.

[A grin] Except for me, I'm always here, but that's because I'm your shadow and we're kinda bound to each other. So I'll always be here.

[He blinked and looked up at Shadow as he actually used his name, his ears perking at he spoke to him.]

[At the thought of moving on, his hand settled over Shadow's and gripped tightly with a small whimper, his ears pinning back again. He didn't want to give up...even though he knew it was useless.]

[When Shadow spoke of always being there, he looked up at him, his arms lifting to hug him close. Yes Shad, this Link is -HORRIBLY- spoiled on physical affection and has no problem showing it.]

Promise?

[It was soft, murmured into Shadow's neck.]

[His eyes widen, then he smiles only a little before nuzzling his face into Link's golden hair]

[and he meant it, he always had. In his own way he's always claimed Link as his.]

[He smiled faintly, hugging Shad tight as he confirmed his promise.]

[He murmured this softly against his shadow's neck, his eyes closing as he tucked close, clinging tight as if he was afraid the other would leave. He knew that his shadow was supposed to kill him, but..he learned in his previous travels that...things weren't always what they seemed.]

Everything will be alright now, okay Link?

[That soothing hand in the golden hair again, the whisps of shadows emanating from his body wrapping around him, curling him into a protected embrace. He wouldn't let anyone else touch him. Link was his now and he intended to keep it that way.]

[The shadow slipping over his frame made him shudder and cling closer, a soft gasp against that slender ear. It seemed...to have a strange effect on him.]

[If Shadow paid attention, he would feel the heat of a blushing cheek pressing against his neck, his fingers clenching a bit tighter to him.]

[The sound was so quiet, if Shadow's ears weren't as sharp as they were, he might not have heard such a sound]

[and he did hear that tiny sound. Curiously he pulled the shadows away from Link and let one of the whispy hands trail down the blond's arm. Was he ... aroused?]

Mn, what is it, Dear One? Does my Shadow Magic bring out something in you?

[Another whisp trailing along Link's thigh.]

Are you going to be alright...don't cry..

[Zelda opens her arms a little for him.]

[He murmured this, wiping at his eyes with a sniffle. He recognized those big blue eyes anywhere, of course it was Zelda.]

[At the gentle gesture, he moved to hug her, hiding his face in his shoulder, biting back a whimper.]

[We all know that Zelda gives the best hugs in the world! Zelda, although much smaller, wraps her arms around his waist.]

I'm here, Link. Why are you so upset?

[He easily accepts the hugs, leaning back to paw at his eyes and get rid of those tears that were building up.]

I..met someone that my Mun introduced me to and...we..

[Link glances off to the side blushing a bit.]

We fell in love and then..something happened and his mun left, taking him with her and...I..I just miss him and I don't know what to do.
