It's to be frightening, certainly, but how can I worry when we may finally have a fighting chance? And how can I worry when all of us in my canon are now written by the same hand? So many things that can now be addressed - perhaps there is hope for the people we thought lost! And in Animus as well.

...Hopeful. That is what this month's cusp feels like.

What if they do weird things in your canon and what you did in your game just makes things worse? Wouldn't that be worse than if they'd left things alone?

Take a good look at his armor. At the fact that he's a Bronze Age man wearing blue jeans. At all the weird weapons and flashiness and casual sexualization as an injoke and turning the names of Metatron into mundane aliases and dancing angels and time-traveling hipster angels. At the teenage girl angel who's implied to be a part of his own shattered(?) soul, at the rabbit-summoning blood-crying angel of the moon, at the angel with a bird-shaped hat that seems to be alive on his head. At God talking to a young Gilgamesh via an iPhone, his speech rendered in Japanese in a Kansai dialect.

And his game? Nothing he can do in his game can make his canon worse. The game itself means his canon is dead unless the residents push events otherwise.

Enoch just shakes his head, laughing a little incredulously.*

Hey! [Phegor waves his mace at Enoch, effect possibly ruined by the fact that he is a bitty demon riding a duck.] At least I'm better than Zebul at this!

*Yeah, that's not so menacing. It's almost cute, actually. Maybe that's why he isn't as hostile as he could be to a demon that just attempted to sow doubt in him. He just can't take him seriously.*

I didn't know demon children had to learn just like ours.

*That they do - certainly there's the question of whether or not both of them can exist in the same place at once, outside of Lucifel's or Michael's help, but...that can be addressed in canon. For now, Enoch's just picking Galiel up for a spin and a hug, looking like he might start crying from joy at any moment.*
