You couldn't understand it. Sitting there, believing you've known it? I've seen it. For thousands of years I've seen what you've been doing to the planet, what he let you do. I worked to protect my home, but you let yourselves destroy it, and you ask for help even now.

Isn't that a choice? Whether to let you sit and suffer from your own deeds or to step in and be the graceful solution and watch it happen all over again.

Such animals. Perhaps you could decide what the right course should be.

Helping human to do better? [ DUH, LADY. ]

Humans wouldn't be humans without the Earth and Earth wouldn't be Earth without humans. We- we preserve its legacy, right? We write about the plants and the animals and earthquakes and storms and stuff. We write poetry about how beautiful the earth is - and don't tell me we don't 'cause I have to read a bunch of 'em in class.

A bunch of humans are trying to do better and get others to do better, too, and you really want to just wipe them all out? There are people risking death to keep other people safe, and you think those people should be wiped out? Because they don't recycle?

Who made you God, anyway?

This isn't about recycling. Humans are a small thing compared to it all, and it is all far older than you could comprehend - and more complex. What's the quickest way to learn than to show you firsthand the consequences?

Sure you do. [ Just like the nutters in the park on their crates. You all talk to and speak for God. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. ]

How can anybody learn a lesson if there's nobody left to learn?

Not all need to die for something to be taught. [ Although if the Earth were free of humans? So fewer problems ]

Then who's going to be saved, huh? What, do you have some sort of "I can sense they're good" o-meters?

Or are you only going to save the rich ones? Or the poor ones?

Who gave you the right to decide?

My boss. [ And the archangels after Him. This might not have been a specific order but it could be discussed, or simply done after the chaos that has occurred ]

And our way of deciding will be a little more rational than that.
