Because the name implies exactly what kind of person she'll be. My mun is just that imaginative.

"Amazing" isn't the word I'd use for them. They're basically lawyers with magic and a crappy sense of humor. Asking them for anything means jumping through a dozen hoops to get something that might be what you asked for.

Hm, Then I guess you have to be super specific about what you ask from them. However bad you might think they are though they're still no way as bad as any fairy.

Depends on the fairy. At least they have a solid weakness you can exploit.

The fairies in Dragonsbayne are terrible. They'll take whoever they want and erase their memories so they don't even have any memory of who they were before they were ever taken! They're notorious for taking whoever they want to be their servants.

I mean they bleed. Just like anybody else, if you hit them hard enough they'll eventually stay down. [Doooooes he sound like a bad guy right now? I swear he's a good guy.]

They're still an issue, but as long as they don't tread too far into the heart of Dragonsbayne the council refuses to act on it.

[Seriously, though. What is WITH the council? It took them years to deal with Saft's father and they just let fairies do whatever the hell they want as long as it doesn't interfere with all the good the dragons are trying to do.

One of those "useless farts" happens to be my grandfather, and he's the head of the council.

Well no...

I don't entirely agree with everything he does either. I know he just wants to protect our people, but sometimes I think he's going about it all the wrong way.

...It took him forever to trust me.

And it'll take only a second for him to stop. Trust is easily broken.

Take my word for it- if you want things to change? You need to do it yourself. Maybe if you're lucky someone will want to help but there's never a guarantee of that. You're better off just doing it yourself.

I get it. The rules are there to make sure everyone's safe. But all I want is for everyone to get along peacefully. Humans hate us, The Fairies want to claim everything, There's an uneasy truce at best with the other races back home.

There's been talk of war but I don't want it to come to that. If they'd just let me speak out as an ambassador or something I know I could get through to them eventually.

[Thaaat earns a snort.]

Then make the choice. Sit back to please your gramps or move forward and be a hero. No one ever said doing the right thing would be easy.

You've got a point there.

I kind of like the whole not getting into too much trouble though. It makes thing less messy.
