The afterlife? Despite part of me being skeptical about the reality of something like that, I really can't say I mind your enthusiasm. It's not like I don't belong, right? I certainly don't plan on just accepting death and disappearing so easily considering all the work I put into my plans. A real detective has to see everything through to the end.

And besides, you know I wouldn't turn down the chance to be near Yukiteru. Plus it would be easier to watch him without that person around.
