Better is debatable. Even the so-called insane operate by their own set of rules, it's still... you can negotiate. If you tried.

I work with the FBI. Yes.

The FBI? That's a very interesting choice of career, or so I've been told. It takes a special kind of individual, at any rate, to go very far with it.

I teach, it's not that interesting. Everyone wants to be an agent, no one wants to teach the kids how to be, or at least that's how the job gets marketed from time to time.

I'm assuming you're a doctor of some sort.

I'm a doctor, yes. I've spent a good deal of time practicing as a private physician, though. I'm interested in getting back in a more public way. Giving back more than taking, you might say.

And your current employer isn't a giving kind of man?

I don't have a current employer at the moment. He passed on recently, so I'm back on the job market, so to speak.
