So. We're back to this again. Except this time, you want to send me to an place with a bunch of monsters that may or may not want to attack me, because I've been chosen to help save the world, instead of sending me to the city or the boat.

Right. Sounds just like home, except for the whole "not being able to die" thing, which I've gotta admit is pretty cool. Being totally without my powers? Not cool. Neither's being away from camp and all my friends - except maybe Annabeth, which, okay, isn't so bad, even if I'd kind of rather at least she was at home helping people get ready, it's not like Luke and Kronos are going to go on vacation just because I'm being shipped off somewhere, but- look, I should at least tell someone where I'm going before you do this. Like, you know, Chiron? Tyson and Grover? My mom?

[S I G H.] ... You're not listening, are you?

This time, just don't take me from right before the prophecy's really supposed to kick off, okay? That was bad enough the first time, we really don't need to do it again.

Apparently I'm being sent somewhere with a bunch of monsters. Some of them are friendly, some aren't, and we need to stop the bad ones. I'm going to be assigned a partner-monster... thing that's supposed to help me out.

Yeah, seems so. Not that I really have any to begin with. But you'd be able to keep making waves.

Might come in handy. I'd say you'd be surprised how often being able to breathe under water comes in handy, but you really wouldn't be.
