I am not starting this out 'with all due respect,' because frankly you haven’t earned that yet. It’s not an insult, it’s a fact. I work in facts.

Fact is it’s my job, my responsibility to lead these people, to direct them as a unit. I’m not sure you are capable of bringing that to the table, and there is zero percent margin for error here. You screw this up and there’s a lot more than just embarrassment. You hear me? Am I being clear enough?

Facts are a valid as the evidence to support them. I try not to make grand sweeping judgements like 'we are alone in the universe' or 'I make the worlds best coffee,' Statements like that are begging to get taken down.

As new facts present themselves I'll deal with them.
