It's regrettable, sure. But there's not much you could have done. Even if there was, time's up, and it won't help anything to blame yourself. Learn from it. Look to the present, look to the future. I'm glad you've apped to other places already.
And you know, you could still go through with those plans about my father. You could even ask others to join... but talk to Terra first. I kind of have the feeling it's rude to just invite people along.
