No way! [A growl of frustration escapes him as his spear falls apart in his hands, heavy chunks of metal scattering over the floor. Dammit - and it had been a trouble to acquire the proper materials to forge it.]

Balaur! [He roars, his chest heaving with barely-suppressed rage. A small, black-scaled dragon is summoned, wisps of smoke coiling from its nostrils.

[But he refuses to stand still and wait for the dragon to attack independently - with his right hand open, fingers clawed, he then lunges at Karl with the intention of seizing him by the throat.]
