Her justification for my terrible reincarnated life was "It'll make it easier for you to deal with your real past!" Hnh! I don't need memories of being abused, brainwashed, forced to kill, experimented on... but I guess nothing's ever worked out the way I wanted.

I don't see what fun there is to be gained from remembering all that, or how it'll make anything easier.
