Because the world needs a little slush with our snow. (Spoilers likely within)
I don't know why you've brought me here. If you're trying to torment me, I'm sure there are better ways.
But if it's what you want, so be it. Nothing can be worse than what I've done. I can feel it in my chest like a cancer. You can't ignore your own heart, can you? You can drink potions to forget love, but you can't ignore what you are.
Or what you're becoming.

It was. We had to stop her. I had to protect my family.
{The slightest hesitance...]

Well, at least Kathryn no longer wears the wedding ring she had under the curse, so it's pretty clear how she feels about the mess.]
We all have a lot to hate Regina for, too... [But her voice turns a little hollow. Back in their land, she detested the likes of King George, and by association of their alliance, Queen Regina too. But in Storybrooke, she'd considered Regina a friend for a time. As conflicted as she felt about it, she realizes that for Snow/Mary Margaret it must be infinitely worse.]
I think the more important thing here is how much you hate yourself for it, Snow. [Old habits and names die hard.] It means you're still good.

But she also thought the curse was going to bring her happiness, that she'd won. And look how that turned out.
I don't mean to get stuck on metaphor, but if a door can be opened, why can't it also be closed?

Maybe I'll get a second chance to close what I never should have opened in the first place.
Thank you, Kathryn. For being so kind. I don't particularly deserve it, but I do appreciate it.
