I really wish you would stop letting Thelma ruffle my hair. I'm sure she's lovely, but I can't see her, and that's both distressing and incredibly distracting.

While Shield does tend to keep it's branches classified, I would agree with that assessment. [Should it be mentioned that the mun keeps a Doctor in her head too? :)] Torchwood would be a little too cavalier for Shield to sponsor.

Thought it sounded about right. Torchwood's too much of a loose cannon for anyone to sponsor, I suspect. (She's telling me it should be noted that there's a TARDIS up here as well, with legs, as if that makes a difference)
