What exactly is the point of this? ... "For science" is not an acceptable answer.

I believe your mun may have been referencing my canon. It's a long explanation but I'll try. In my canon, there is an AI who controls a facility in which she tests people, namely me... Basically, doing something for science, is usually a way of saying this is an experiment that will go bad, as this facility's equipment and other such protocols were known to be both faulty and dangerous.

[She shudders, not adding how dangerous.]
