Well this is.... intriguing. I hope you're at least somewhat prepared for the task you've just taken on. Considering your background and mine, the chances of that seem... dismal at best. I would have preferred someone whose soul is closer in shape to mine, but, perhaps you'll suffice. Perhaps there is a side of you I've not yet seen.

With any luck we can at least tolerate each other from here. I'm interested to see how long you last.

I would be surprised if anyone believed they were a less likely pair than us two.

That would depend on what your mundane intends to do with you. Perhaps the best situation for you would to be left alone and abandoned, or she might take you to a "game" and torture you there. Ah, "torture" may be too strong a word, but given the nature of some of the places I've heard of, that may not be too far off.
