I fought with them many eons before their banishment to Erde Tyrene [Earth.], to remain as dirt-beasts, as they should have been; not in worlds they did not deserve to possess or sear in their quest for expansion.

Oh, well, your first mistake was expecting humans to stay on one planet and do as they're told.

What I learned was that they are the most bigoted race of the galaxy. Human desire for purity is in their blood. They cannot coexist with other species.

With the disappearance of the k'tamanush [Neanderthals.], and of the hamanush [Florians.], they can't stand even their own when not facing outsiders.

[Worst of all, this being sounds too much like his wife. Literally.]

Alright, yes, they've made mistakes and will continue to make mistakes but what sentient species hasn't?

If you judge every species by the worst of them then how do you expect to find anyone who deserves those worlds? Do you even deserve them by those standards?

The Forerunners are the lone bearers of the Mantle, guardians of all species, given to us by the Precursors. Our supremacy is not to be disputed, for we are arbiters of the relationships between all species.

We had countless ages to evolve and develop, while they have spent their recent history in internal and external strife, showing no change from the violent species they were on their past age.

[Despite what the Didact claims, the Doctor has basically poked a hole in the Forerunner philosophy of the Mantle - their version of the white man's burden, so to speak.]

[He really doesn't want to get into an argument over who comes from the bigger civilization. Or rather, who came from the bigger civilization. They're much more alike than he seems to realize.]

There it is. The great speech of every dictator and emperor to ever live, it's never for themselves, never for power, it's always for "peace" and "order" and what's a few lost lives to that, eh? I've heard it a thousand times from a thousand rulers.

[He steps forward a little, certainly not showing any fear of the larger alien as he meets the Didact's eyes.]

Not all humans are bad though, and not even all these muns. I'm sure if you just sit back and relax ~~and don't kill me~~ you'll see we're not all bad.

If you refer to your champion in broken skin and his errant ancilla, you will have to know there was never a fight.

It's certainly followed them around long enough to take you down.
