The sheer audacity of the mundanes is staggering. You'll find they have quite a lot of say in most matters.

While they aren't incredibly rewarding, there are benefits. This place for example is an excellent outlet to communicate not only with your mundane, but other muses, or pups. You're a new muse, but you'll get settled in once you're in a game.

I prefer it to anything else. We inspire them more than they would like to think. They may get more say in most matter, but we are free to influence them as much as we want.

That's a different thing isn't it? Those are the choices you made yourself. And you have to own that. It's not the same as say; trying to make up for the things your family or siblings did.

Nor is it the same as doing things that you did not choose to do. Such as when you are coerced by an outside party.

I'm the last of my clan. Grandfather destroyed it and I wish to restore the honor that side of the family had. And restoring that, I will make up for the deaths I caused.

hm. If honor is such an important thing then why not start your own clan? Then you can build new honor instead of trying to regain what's already gone.

There is nothing that makes up for Death though child. Short of gaining the power to bring back the dead and even then that doesn't usually work out the way they want to. I should know. Death is in my name. [She's not very good at humor sorry]

mm And they aren't always broadcasting themselves either. So how would you know if you've seen them or not?

The people I hear them from have their ways. Not sure exactly how they do it. [She toyed with her cuff, the wire hidden in it was a safety net, one she didn't really want to rely on, she wasn't sure exactly who she was but creep vibe, so there]

Why are you interested? They don't hurt people on purpose... well most I've heard about. They only use the ability when people scare them.

And how is a painless death harmful? Unless of course you are talking about the collateral damage to the families of the deceased.

Some deserve to be tortured. [her eyes grow cold] for the pain they've inflicted on others. Slow and suffering for years with no one able to help them would be justice.
