It's funny... I seem to keep finding myself in the strangest situations. Some of them I can remember, but others I can't. A few of them might have even ended up completely disastrous if I didn't make certain decisions at the right times.
[A bit of a smile accompanied by a soft, wry laugh.] ... and here I thought Snow was the one who's always getting himself in trouble. I don't really have any room to talk now, with so many possibilities ahead. I have to be more careful.
Anyway, it's time to get back to work. I have a lot to do if I want to aid my friends in reshaping history. I also seem to have a new problem on my hands...
You see, when I left my quarters this morning and walked outside, something strange had happened to our excavation site. I know it must sound crazy, but everything is covered in these funny red and pink shapes, and they're not going away. Giant ones plastered on all the walls and over all our equipment. The ground is covered with tiny sparkling ones, too, like they fell right from the sky. I took a few of them for analysis, but they appear to be harmless. However, I would like to study them further before drawing my conclusions about their nature.
A chocobo ran past us earlier, too, and it also looked odd. I know that red ones exist, but this one was pink! It was very strange. Even the monsters I've seen, from the edge of our facility, seem to have these strange designs all over their bodies – some of them even on top of their heads.
Could this be a new paradox? I'd better let Serah and Noel know, before this gets out of hand.
