...Okay, so.
One world- or collection of- not under the Higher Plane's jurisdiction. Ran by attention-seeking, god-complex dragons and populated by others from Earth and from weird parallels the dragons "rescued" which pretty much worship the air they flap on. I can't raise my vibe and get out; I'm stuck at something a little less than RG capability.

I worked out base binary sequence of the place (and it took me forever by the way.) and conflicting sequences from other things later brought in from other worlds. It appears the captives hopes, dreams, memories, expectations (etc...) of these objects alter their sequence. Kind of like how a person only starts to exist when other people see something in that person. Schrödinger's cat, kinda. I'm planning to cause the alternate sequences, when at capacity, to clash. Normally, that would involve creating new parallels, and I'm hoping the energy involved in it and the clash itself will punch a hole in the fabric of that reality I can slip out of.

Shibuya's gone. I've been here for too long, the UG won't have survived without me. But I asked an American there about it, and it appears he's from a parallel earth where the last unfortunate incident that happened in Tokyo was the sarin gas attack in 1995. Which is great; I can restore Shibuya from that parallel as backup. What I'm concerned over is injury. I can't afford to be injured in the clash, or injured in an escape if I want to keep the power needed to restore Shibuya, let alone deal with it's problems. It'll be pretty violent, so that's where I need your thoughts on the matter since you seem to have your hands tied with babysitting that rabble.
