But honestly, do you really think you could keep this up for any conceivably respectable amount of time?

And I don't care how bloody amusing you think it would be to pigeonhole me into someplace that's got no business calling itself a proper castle, either. One or two interesting social prospects do not make a well-rounded proposal. Even if that fellow with the arrows does seem like he'd be a decent ally.
