It took Conner about...2-3 years before he came back; Bart, around 2 years since they both came back at the same time. There's hope for you to avoid getting gray hair.

(Plus, no Blackest Night revisits meaning there's no Black Lantern Robin.)

[Oh, great. Just in time for puberty. Not that Damian has any plans to hit that anytime soon. Girls are a useless and meaningless distraction. He might look at a few of them every now and then, but in terms of relationships? Girls are utterly useless and pointless.]

Three out of five Robins being dead at some point in time, though. It isn't going to help Father's reputation.

Jason...Steph...and now you. He had me to bring him back from that dark place before. Steph...wasn't really dead. (He's still a little perturbed Bruce didn't tell him.) Now...at least it wasn't at the hands of The Joker.

(Tim's mun is still getting past the whole Death of The Family saga, btw. And, better that Bruce still have 2 Robins left than none.)

[Damian squares his shoulders glares at Drake, his tone business-like.]

I suspect Mother will have something to do with this. Todd is hopeless. But Father will need Grayson, I suppose. If he's ever needed anyone other than myself or Pennyworth. [There's the slightest pause while Damian swallows.] And if you did something to help him after Todd, then I advise you to do it again.

Not that I think he'll need your help. But since it seems like you'll be around.

[Why couldn't it have been Drake that died? Damian crosses his arms again, reminding himself that life isn't fair, but he has Father's blood in him and will do what he has to do.]

(Tim shifts his emotions as well, eyeing Damian with a nonplussed expression.)

Talia, huh? Ironic how long ago, she was willing to do whatever it took to keep Ra's from...usurping your body.

We'll do what we can. Even Jason.

(Tim asks himself that question everytime someone close to him dies. He's still debating asking that question, though it might be left to Dick to do so.)

[Damian would rather not talk about Talia. Funny, how when he was younger he thought he understood everything there was to understand about her. But the older he becomes, the more he realizes that, though she may care for him in a certain way, she isn't necessarily a good mother. And it hurts, because even knowing that she wants to kill him doesn't stop him from loving her. The emotions are illogical, and sometimes Damian just wants Mother and Father to hate each other less, maybe even get along again. But the idea that they can all live together as a family is now a distant thought. Damian has almost entirely given up on it. Almost. Which is one of the reasons this hurts so much. And that hurt, that vulnerability, is exactly why he doesn't want to talk about his mother anymore to Drake, of all people.]

[Instead of risking that vulnerability showing through, he crosses his arms and piles on the sarcasm.]

Great. I feel so much better.

I might be too busy with the Titans to help much, but can't say I won't be around.

(Batman and Red Robin #19, much to his amusement. But Tim knows what it's like not to talk about certain family members. And Damian can be grateful for one thing, as it was something he once had: his parents were still alive.)
