[ Touch is not common in the vampire’s life. Alucard has nothing in particular against it or for it. It is simply not often felt due to the fact that most knew instinctively that a predator walked among them; one all too willing to end their lives. Those he did touch tended to not last past the moment. So this is odd – not uncomfortable, just odd. For all that Walter is his partner, he is also quite human.
