Upon observing mundanes's behaviors...

Mundane.

I have observed your behavior and that of other mundanes. It is most intriguing, however I cannot help but be perplexed by some of your choices and decisions. Mundanes appear to feel pleasure out of taking cruel decisions and placing their muses in terrible situations. I believe it to be the very definition of sadism.

As an example, I have recently regained my emotion chip, in the "game" you sent me to. Yet, I have heard of your plans to have it destroyed before I could equip it. It sounds... [Head tilt.] Most purposeless and cruel.

I believe it to be necessary for you and other mundanes to seek psychological help without delay. If it can be of assistance, I know of a holodeck program where you could meet doctor Sigmund Freud.

lol oh boy a character that's impossible to icon, have fun with her

[The clockwork girl is disturbed by the almost lifeless way Data talks. She tilts her head to the side in imitation of him, gears whirring and ticking. Her porcelain face is painted in a neutral, almost pleasant expression, hiding the discomfort she feels.]

Emotion chip? [The technology from her world is vastly different, but Mattie is clever enough to understand what he's talking about.] Why would this mundane of yours want to destroy it?

Data. [What did he have to say this time?]

You have your emotion chip back? Do not tell me Law is involved this time also? [He had enough of that evil psycho.]

If it is indeed cruel, then destroy it.

...You can already feel emotions without the chip, right? So why do you want it in the first place?

"Purposeless and cruel" is the name of the game. Good luck trying to convince any mun that they shouldn't torture the hell out of us. It's kinda their M.O., from what I've gathered.

Mundanes often make strange and confusing choices, especially when it comes to us.

Purposeless and cruel seems to be their favorite course of action, unfortunately... I've mostly been quite lucky, compared to others. Though only because she hasn't yet managed to fully write out my history.

Sir, Doctor Sigmund Freud's methods of psychological analysis are most ineffective and his theories have been, for the greater part of the psychological sciences community, entirely dismissed.

If time travel is an option, might I suggest the following:
Carl Rogers
John B. Watson
Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
Gordon Allport
Mary Ainsworth

Do keep in mind that I cannot ensure any of the aforementioned would be willing to take clients.

I may extend an apology on your mun's behalf but I cannot speak for mine being any more structured.
