And it's really not so bad, this place. You can't only focus on the negative.

I don't only focus on the negative, I just don't want to go. I like my... boring computer stuff. I'm good at it.

Think of it as an adventure! Then you can go back and share it on your computer.

I really, really couldn't share it 'on my computer.' Promise. There's spinning wild tales and then there's losing any cred I might have earned.

Except that I do back down, from a lot of them.

Choosing your battles - to your strengths, preferably - is important to winning a lot of them. And all signs point to that battle as rigged so far against us that it's ridiculous to expect anything but a bad outcome.

You shouldn't play games on the expectation to win, you should play them for the challenge of playing them.

It's less expecting to win and more expecting a trainwreck where rocks fall and everyone dies.

I figured as much. But that's all right... I think anybody can find belief if they really want to. Sometimes it just takes time.

Plus the whole island turtle kind of helps with the credibility.

Though I guess I won't get a chance to find that out for a while.

It's not about need... it's not like that. If you and she want to be there, people will be happy to welcome you.

Yeah, well, they're strange, sometimes.

They do kind of grow on you though, after a while.

Oh, I don't mind her. Maybe question her choices a little, but she's all right.

I'm glad, Felicity. It's always better when you can get along with yours... not everyone here is so lucky.

But if she ever needs it, just let me know and I'll hit her with a little winter magic, all right?
