Voice testing new muse [Canon Firebreather movie]
Look, we both know this isn't going to go anywhere. So why don't you just leave me alone, alright? My life's gotten hard enough now that dad's shown up and I really don't need you adding to it. So forget about sending me to any of your games. I don't want to go. I just want to go back to school and pretend to try and live a normal life.
Well, as normal as my life gets anyway.

[Probably not that hard to tell that in general, he's not among them.]
no subject
[Yeah, not hard to tell at all.]
Does you mun think about what kind of trouble to get you in or is mine just special like that.

[Of course, quite a lot of things are a step up from being forced into the service of a god.]

[He's a little surprised to hear that there are other half humans running around.]
no subject
[As long as the parties involved are roughly human-shaped most of the time, anyway. It's still highly discouraged to make moves creatures like goats pretty much wherever you go.]

[As for the rest, he really doesn't want to think about his parents... that way. The less he knows, the happier he will be.Especially with their colossal size difference.]

I suppose I can imagine. Contention between two peoples does tend to cause a bit of extra strain in cases like these.
[Guess who sort of knows from experience?]
no subject
Ya think? I get teased in high school and my dad's hundred and whatever foot lackies want to pick fights with me. Contention and strain aren't the words I'd use.
[Guess they both have a little experience with this then.]

[Gotta love people from classic RPGs.]

[Yes, he's said this all with a straight face. Can you tell he doesn't like school? At least, not for the reasons a typical kid did.]
The dumber the kid, the more popular he is and the rest of us are left to fend for ourselves in the feeding frenzy known as popularity.

[Granted, the old Church of Althena managed to be fairly free of corruption, but during his last contact with the church? Not so much.]
Aah I loved that movie XD also I had to throw Lucy at him :3

Is your mun kind at least?

That doesn't mean I have to like it. Besides, if I can handle my dad, I don't think there's any place that could break me.
no subject
Your father can't be that bad can he? I mean...we all have problems with our parents...well most of the time...but comparing it on par with the sort of places around here...?
no subject
Try pleasing a hundred and twenty-foot dragon that wants you to be ruthless like him.
no subject
[ Holy crap. ]
My best friend's father is a dragon too - but I don't think Igneel is anything like your dad, from the way Natsu talks about him. The opposite, if anything... but with that said, it must be hard to get along with him; your father, I mean.
no subject
[Understatement.]
You could say that. My old man was absent from my life until recently. It hasn't been easy with him reappearing and we're not exactly seeing eye to eye on a few things.
no subject
[ A boy who was the son of a dragon, who was absentee - that's eerie. ]
How long was he gone? [ If he says 7 years... nah, that'd be too much of a coincidence. ]
Ne, I'm sure you'll be able to get through to him - don't give up! [ ANd a grin. ]
My name is Lucy, by the way.
no subject
[Soft snort.]
I'm not holding my breath.
..Duncan.
Hey Duncan, ever met another half-dragon before?
I read you loud and clear.
Nope, guess you're the first!
Maybe we should start a support group and hand out cookies.
no subject
...Can we just skip the support group and get right to the cookies?
no subject
But yeah, we can skip right to the cookies part. It is the best part of the deal anyway.

I'm Saft. I'm a half-dragon like you, or so my mun tells me.

Where I'm from it's kinda frowned upon, So I never expected I'd ever get to meet anyone like me. This is -- kind of incredible! What's your life like!? Ooh, do you have a council where you're from?! Fairies?! Sea-dragons?! I gotta know!
no subject
[The sudden rush of questions makes him a little uneasy just for the sheer amount and he's not quite sure how to answer them.]
Uh, well, My mom tried to make my life as normal as possible. You can guess how that worked out. I don't think there are fairies and I'm not so sure on sea-dragons. I haven't met one yet anyway.
There's... sort of a council? I don't know. My Dad's kind of... King of the Kaiju, so I guess he has followers. All I know is the first time he introduced me as his heir, I got dumped into a pit of lava in front of several other monsters.
no subject
Okay, that seriously beats being knocked off a cliff for flight practice by your uncle. The crown of humiliating things goes to you good sir!
[Saft for once is actually pretty interested in what someone's telling her, normally she'd be bored and have wondered off by now but for her to meet someone so like herself has her completely over the moon.]
My dad was supposed to be next in line to become head of the council only...he didn't want that life thrust upon him, He went out of his way to make everyone's lifes a misery and eventually ran away from home where he met my mother...and then decided to break the one rule that would push my grandfather over the edge and disown him for the rest of his life.
And that's not even the end of the story.
oh my god this kind of made my afternoon... XD

Wait, what? How do you know who my dad is?
no subject
Name's Rex, by the way. Wouldn't be fair for me to know who you are, but for you to be totally clueless as to what to even call me.
