There is someone, or rather two people I wish to see again. They and the person currently looking for a way to make it possible.

There are no regular means for that to happen, so a wish is all I have. There's somebody looking for a way and I'm confident he will succeed.

Well souls are something that are difficult to discuss, but I do happen to know a little about magic. [Or rather Oni as well as magic.]

It wouldn't be a bother, but if you don't want to talk about it that's fine. Many people don't like to discuss it when they're waiting for that special someone to return.

There is a couple I want to see again, but this is a rather impossible thing to currently do. Maybe with the way these games works it could be possible.

No, they aren't. But it's more complicated than that.

Unfortunately, it is. Let's just say some people would actually think they are dead indeed.

When you say that people think they're dead...you wouldn't mean they're dead now, would you? Time travel wouldn't be involved, would it?

No, no in that way. While their souls remain, I fear their bodies have been lost.

So...their souls have lost their bodies? Then what keeps them anchored in this world instead of passing on to the next?

Do you think? I guess it would be nice if it was like that.

Yes, I really do think so. It reminds me of the stories papa used to read to me every night before bed.

My father also read me stories. Even though the hero had to suffer sometimes, there was always the promise of a good end. Maybe this is like that, too.

It's hard to tell, but for the most part I've been the one needing to be rescued. I do believe I had a chance to be heroic at the very end, though.

Getting to shine through at the very end... that's the best kind of hero. No one expects it, not even yourself.

Umm, I think so at least. Not that I'm a hero, but that no one expects that sort of conclusion in a story!
