I understand your desire to give my...what's the term you use? Ah yes -- Earth-16 counterpart some version of my history. I am, as you say, such an interesting character. But I'm afraid that it just won't work.

I can say categorically that I would never aide a hostile alien force in taking over the planet. Aside from the fact that I'm not a traitor to humanity, how would it possibly work in my favor? If he was actually like me in anything more than name, he wouldn't have waited this long to betray them.

[miffed] Why is it when aliens are supposedly arriving, they're hostile and taking over the planet?? Surely there are better things to do out there, Earth is hardly the only planet in the galaxy.

From what I understand, these particular aliens are being rather friendly to the general public. Because they need a planet to request their help in order to ensure non-interference from an inter-galactic police force.

In which case, it isn't surprising at all that they'd choose Earth. Humans as a whole are depressingly easy to manipulate.
