[There is a strangely familiar puppy sniffing around and not entirely sure how he got here.]

["But... I already have a family. I-I can't go home with someone else. They'll think I ran away again."]

[And he doesn't want to worry them again. Ivan really likes them. Maybe he should wait right here for one of them to find him because he's not sure where he is at all.]

Arf. Arf...

["Um, Miss Mun...? Do I still get breakfast?"]

[Unless you can understand animals or are Grandpa (Antonio Lopez), you may only hear puppy barks in reply.]

[Ivan is a very nice puppy, though he often gets into trouble. He walks up and sniffs the stranger's hand. "Who are you?"]

[Ryoji doesn't understand what Ivan is saying, but he's spent a little time with other dogs, so he at least can usually get the gist of it.]

Hey, little guy! My name's Ryoji.

[He reaches up to scratch Ivan behind the ears.]

Marathon the rest. It will help with the feels. Somewhat.

["Hello. I'm Ivan Kaburagi." Ivan knows he won't be understood, but he still barks it as he gets ear scratches.]

[Ryoji chuckles a bit, trying to check the tag instead. Hopefully the dog's name is on there.]

[The shuriken shaped dog tag does have the name "Ivan Kaburagi" and an address on it.]

( oh what a cute puppy! karina dashes to it and bends down in front of it. )

Well aren't you the cutest thing!

[It's Karina! Someone found him! He's not lost anymore. Ivan starts wagging his tail happily and giving a few barks. "Karina! Karina! You're here too."]

( she 'awwws' and pats his head gently. karina notices his collar. )

This seems familiar.

[chashushu]

["Hey, Karina... do you have breakfast?" He raises he head into the headpat as he tries to sniff around for possible food. Even if he can't eat as much as her, he is Pao-Lin's puppy. She'll get a good look at the origami shuriken dog tag that has "Ivan Kaburagi" written on it and an address.]

might as well. he bends over and picks him up by the neck and stares at him. )

["Ow! Ow! Ow! Put me down!" Have a puppy trying to escape Jake's grasp.]

( n o p e. but he isn't the type to really go all out of his way to hurt an animal, so he simply lets him go and catches him with his other hand, giving him a few second ride through the air.

he holds him up close to his face, this time with both hands and smirks. )

That'll do dog. That'll do. Say where's your owner? Maybe I can ransom you off.

["AHHH! Please don't throw me..." This guy is scary like their neighbor when he comes over to tell the house to be quiet.]

[The dog tag with his name and home address is a pretty good clue to where Jake can send a ransom, though wiggling puppy may make it hard to read.]

["Pao-Lin! Pao-Lin!" Incoming puppy! "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to run away again."]

[She kneels down to scoop Ivan into her arms and hug him tightly (though carefully; she doesn't want to break his bones why couldn't you be a big strong Doberman dammit).]

We were looking all over for you! We got food for you from the restaurant.

[Because it's totally kosher to keep feeding human food to dogs.]

Ouroboros ate Plurk, and th-that gag tag! o_o

[As long as she doesn't hug as tight as Grandpa does, he's good. Grandpa hugs hurt!]

["I'm sorry. It's my fault." Somehow. He's still working out how he got led away. Ivan starts sniffing around because he smells something yummy and keywords.]

Yep! Here, look.

[Aaaand dumping out the contents of a brown paper bag on the ground. A couple of meatbuns come tumbling out, but there's also a few takeout boxes that she opens up to reveal fried rice and noodles.

Also she may have snatched up one of the meatbuns from the ground for herself, FIVE SECOND RULE -- ]

[One of the meatbuns comically hits him on the head and rolls down his back. He chases it like it's a ball before biting it and bringing back to Pao-Lin.]

Aroo.

[He starts with chowing down on the meatbun, but he's also giving the rice and noodles a good sniff. "Th-there's so much food!"]

[Agnes is actually more of a cat person, but Ivan is too cute to pass up. And she's like Tear in that she has a secret weakness for cute things. She gazes down at him with an amused smile.]

Well, hello there. Are you lost?

[Not that she happens to have animal whispering powers. It would be so awesome if she did, though. Imagine the ratings she could get with a show like "Agnes the Animal Whisperer"!]

Agnes needs no reason for appearing

[Have a puppy looking back. He has a collar and dog tag, so he has to belong somewhere. "Hello? Do you know where I am?"]

[Agnes kneels down to pet Ivan's head and maybe scratch his back. Then she notices the collar, and reaches out to take a better look at it.]

..."Ivan Kaburagi"...?

[She hadn't realized that Wild Tiger kept a dog. That address, too...is that the one he has on record?]

[The pets feel nice, and Ivan barks happily from that and the fact that the pretty lady said his name. "Yes, that's me."]

[While still petting Ivan, Agnes pulls out her cell phone and tries to put a call through to Kotetsu's communicator. But for whatever reason, the oyaji's not answering.]

Hmph. Of course not. [She slips her phone back into a shirt pocket, then scoops Ivan up in her arms.] Well, I suppose I'd better get you back home, regardless. [She's on her break, so she has some time to spare.] I bet Tiger would be crying like a baby if something ever happened to you.

[Not to mention that she'd feel bad for just leaving Ivan wandering the streets when she (thinks she) knows who he belongs to.]
