One, Hulk beats hell outta Iron Man all the time. Remember when he dropped on New York a few years ago? Two, she's a lawyer specializing in metahuman cases, I'd expect a fair bit of thinking from her... as well as the kind of tactics an' techniques you get from training with Captain America and Gamora.
