Well, he's kind of a specialized one? Far as I know, he mainly dealt with ghosts, not supervillains. Don't think I've ever heard the guy talk about stopping a bank robbery or carjackers or anything.

I'm guessing things just work differently where he's from. Less psychos in spandex, more sociopathic spooks.
