Days of Future Past is confirmed!

Mun, I know you are excited that I am going to be in the next X movie, but take a minute to think about this. I've grown up a lot since the last one, in which they put me in the most ridiculous love triangle in the history of mutantkind. What if you don't like the way I'm portrayed in this one either? And yes, the Days of Future Past comic arc was epic I will give you that. But need I remind you of the way the Phoenix story was brutalized in X3? I didn't think so.

Check the nerdgasm, k? You're scaring me.

"Most ridiculous love triangle in the history of mutantkind". You clearly never saw the looks John gave me.

Oh come one, this could be fun.

They should have just left me out of x3. [Feathers is not happy about his movieverse version at all!]

With how they've set up the movie canon... I refuse to let my mun watch them. Not that she listens

Kitty, you're power should just be that you're awesome.

And really I wouldn't cut off my wings. They hurt like hell growing in the first time! [And since he's yet to go death Mun won't mention the metal ones.]

My mundane didn't see X3, but the way he hears it, "the Phoenix story was brutalized" in large part because Bryan Singer left to do Superman Returns and took Cyclops' actor with him. With Singer back on board, we should at least be spared that sort of dicking around.

Instead, we can look forward to him screwing with the audience's heads, for good or ill, in the ways he favors and Matthew Vaughn mostly refrained from. My chap is looking forward to "another installment of Bryan Singer's The Usual Mutants" with the intellectual glee of a career aspie.
