Ma'am, I won't pretend to understand what's going on here; my life's turned into a science fiction movie and I accept that. But I do know that no one gets anywhere without trying, you've apparently done this before, and I'm a pretty straightforward guy. Between the two of us, I think we can figure this thing out.
