It's been a hell of a year, but I think you're right.

I've looked at my options, the dangers, the swarm of Death Eaters, and all the rest of the mess.

I've been happy as a squib and having my magic back would help me to protect the people I care about, but what it boils down to is that I've found a way to get access to magic again and I want it for myself.
