[ The girl looks a little curious as she looks over the Mun's shoulder at the game they're playing. After a moment, the girl perks up and gives a happy expression. A Pokemon game? ]
[ Latias perks up right away and runs to meet the other Pokemon. "It's a game where they train Pokemon. It's called Black, I think". She looks back with a smile, "They have a Pokemon like you and me!" ]
[He smiles at his sister in welcome as she approaches. Though he sounds confused at the news of Pokemon like them. “That is news to me. How long have others known of this game? ]
[ She hops in place suddenly trading the human shape for the regular Pokemon form, she flies a few excited circles around her brother. "I'm not sure, but it seems like a long time. There are Pokemon there that I've never seen before." ]
[He was glad to see that his sister was so excited about it. He too flew in circles around her to show how pleased he was to see her. “Well that’s interesting; we might get the chance to see one of the other Pokemon if we look”.
He looked at her curiously. “Your excited about this aren’t you? I don’t mind as long as you be careful around them.”]
[ She let out a jubilant cry in response. "Of course! Imagine all the new friends we could have fun with." She knew it was wise to be careful, but Latias couldn't help but be excited about it. "I'm sure they have fun games they'll think of too. I can't wait to see what they're like." ]
[Latios sighed. “Yes, but remember to be careful.” He was excited to but nothing hostile was going near his sister. After pushing that aside, he gave her a big smile.
“Well we could play with them too if you like. I’m sure you will end up making them all your friends after all”]
[ The pokemon nodded, "I'll make sure to be careful." Even though she said that, Latias was already thinking of all the games they could play with any potential new friends. Depending on how many they were they might even have to go outside. She hovered a little higher and booped her brothers forehead with the edge of her nose lightly, "You'll have fun too, right? They'll be your friends as well as mine." ]
[He gave her another smile and rubbed his head against hers. She was always so friendly, everyone there would be attracted to her like a magnet. “If you say so. It would be great to meet some new friends there. I look forward to see how many there are"]
[ She shakes her head, motioning to the mun as if to indicate they were the one playing the game. It doesn't seem as though she can verbally answer the question, but she looks happy nonetheless. ]
[ She gives an enthusiastic - bordering exaggerated - nod. It was pretty unusual for another human to be able to speak to her like her brother. Maybe they were a Pokemon as well?
Latias slowly approaches the new person and looks at them curious.. with less regard for any normal personal boundaries. "Hello. Are you a friend?"]
[ Latias gave a sideways look at the hand, But she's spent enough time in the city to be able to know that to grab it with her own hand... though she didn't get the 'shaking' part quite right. "Nice to meet you Steven Stone!" She gave a happy nod, "I'm Latias." ]
(Ooh, someone who Dawn didn't recognize but knew had to love Pokemon! She approached the girl carefully before waving, not realizing that since she's traveled with Ash for a long time...)

[ She waves in the same way almost seeming to purposefully mimic this newcomer. Upon hearing that she was a Pokemon Cordinator, Latias claps her hands together with a bright smile as if to say 'that's great!' ]
