Mun is putting two animals down today.
Eventually you will learn not to come to me with subjects you consider "touchy." I'm not going to give you any cliche condolences.
I will, however, tell you that it's worth mentioning your courage. Most people aren't able to bring themselves to put their loved ones out of their misery, therefore prolonging it just because of selfish fear. You did right by them by having the appointment made. Don't overlook things or doubt yourself; this is a normal outcome of pet ownership.
You have no choice but to see this to the very end.

Why are you looking at me like that? This isn't awkward, Sherlock talks to himself all the time.
At least they have ... us... around to keep their heads in check.
I would like to remind your mun that it is better to do this when they can still remember the animals somewhat healthy. Dragging it out, means the memories of the animals being ill or in pain have longer to fester.

[Guy is usually subdued for a super robot pilot, but especially now he is as well.] It's hard to lose them so close together, but...I bet even now, even if maybe they don't understand your mun's heart ache completely, their happy to have been your mun's pets.
