I appreciate the effort of this and I would like to be with my friends, but the place you want me to go... I'm going to have to say no. It's a nice enough place and all and Robin, Zatanna, Kid Flash, and Artemis are all there, but to lose my powers even for a day... All of them...

I don't think you are an abomination. I'm not worried about defending myself, but my uncle and the Leaguers could make me leave if they decide they don't trust me.

Think what you like, it is the truth. I was created, not born. I was molded to be a weapon to oppress others, nothing more.

Trust is irrelevant. A fragile notion of humans. You should not be bound by others in any way.

Well, I'm not human. It's only normal to want someone trust you, to know you can do a good job.

I forge my own fate. However, I am still seen as a weapon and a piece of lost property that needs to be retrieved and put in its place, regardless of the price paid to recapture me.

The simple fact that you are not human sets you apart from them. Their notions of trust rarely - if ever - extend past their own kind and those bound to their service.

I would hope that they don't capture you. No one deserves to captured and restrained. Conner has had that happen before... its terrible.

Do you think telling them about what I am wouldn't affect their trust they have in me?

If it changes anything, there was no trust to begin with. You would be better off knowing at the very least.

No trust when I first met them you mean? I suppose I should... that really shouldn't have so much trust in me if I can't be honest with them.
