Mun's illness has passed, so.
Now that you're no longer stuck in bed and being threatened with a trip to the hospital, I feel that it's time to confront you about your thoughts as of late. Boring as they are, I understand that the heartbreak that took place several months ago is the cause of your ridiculous moping.
How much longer are you going to allow that childish girl hold so much power over you? It's done. You've had your period of mourning over a seven year friendship that crumbled "without warning." The signs were there. You both knew it. She cast you out and now you've got yourself to deal with, so do it. Spending your day in front of the telly or sleeping hasn't done anybody an ounce of good.
Throw out the things that she gave you. Delete the conversations you have saved. For the love of everything you believe in-- get rid of that blasted video of her playing with her dog. You're nothing to her, now. Be angry with the truth if you want, but here it is:
Keeping all of this rubbish around is only going to hurt you more, and she really has outdone herself already, wouldn't you say?
The sooner you move on the better.

I'm not sure you're the best choice to offer relationship advice.
[Not that Mycroft is either. And not that Mycroft disagrees with said advice. Then he turns to the writer.]
While my brother seems to lack a great deal of tact. His advice on this matter is reasonable. Though, I would caution any permanent destruction of anything too soon. Remember, we are the sum of our experiences and the time you've spent with this women too has shaped you into who you are.

Put everything away. Really away, not just aside. Basement, storage space, understanding friend, something. Give yourself as much time as you need, even if it's years, to move on. Then go through it all and decide what to keep and what to toss. Sherlock's right that having it around you now isn't helping, but he's wrong that you should destroy it.
