If you're waiting for me to piss and moan about heading off, you'll grow old before you hear it, sweetheart. I'm not about to thumb my nose at a chance to plant my feet on new land.

Now I'm not too happy to hear that I'm losing my ship. She's been a good girl and I don't trust a single man in my crew to look after her like she deserves.

...but we both know she wasn't mine to begin with, and I'm sure I'll find one just as nice at the nearest dock.

It's like you know me already!

Someone's got to be the voice, might as well be me. There's too much bullshit going on in this world to stay silent. I've been one lucky chick, growing up with access to food and clothes and clean water, and speaking up and fighting for what I believe in is a lot less likely to get me killed than it would be in a lot of other places. It'd be irresponsible of me not to take advantage of that and try to make it so that I don't have to consider myself privileged to have had what should be basic human rights.
