Y'know, I'm glad the one game you were looking at won't take AUs. You know you can barely keep up playing a boy version of me, and you owe that game more. Besides, I don't know what your sick fascination with seeing me hurt is - yeah, I know how many screenshots you have of the batsuit being damaged, you creep - but at least now you can't use my friendship with D to hurt me.

Jeez, I may dressed up like a giant male bat, but at least I'm not a freaking sadist.

And she's pissing off the commish, since... well, I kind of took that from some clothes I found in the manor and I guess they were once Gordon's. She doesn't like it when we walk around in relics of her wild crazy teen years.

Still, if you were gone for months? I'd be kicking down every door in Gotham trying to find you. Even if you were just gone a few hours, I'd still do it.

I don't know how to feel about that. Like, you do have a tendency to be really stupidly reckless, but I also know I'd give anything to have you backing me up when I'm out on patrol. How'd you convince the Old Man to let you be Batwoman?

Well, actually by agreeing to let him decide when I was ready to actually head out onto the streets, and keep a stop button for my suit, and train with anyone he told me to train with.

Almost everyone has more maturity then me. I am the one who defeated a villain by making fun of him, after all. But seriously, you're teaching now?

I know that you would, Max. If I had my way, you'd be my Batgirl and we'd get along with the commish and we'd have the most awesome girl team ever. Even if I do call myself Batman.

In this place I got dragged to, yeah. There's a bunch of kids without any guardians or parents and - well, it keeps me busy.

Ha, yeah, you still aren't getting along with Babs if you're following the same basic timeline as my universe. Spoiler: she's amazing. Well, you already know that I guess, but seriously. She's a pretty great mentor.

Sounds kind of awesome, really. Exactly what the Batfamily is supposed to do. I ever tell you what I'd do if I won the lottery?

The Commish and I don't really get along, but we've stopped outright fighting after the thing with Mr. Drake. I still think it's a little weird that she dated Wayne, but other then that, I agree that she's awesome. Anyone that can keep the Gotham PD in check the way she does has to be.

I'm teaching them ethical hacking. Though you could probably stick a little allegedly in front of the ethical part. But they should know how, it's not exactly safe around there.

And no, you didn't. I'm interested, tell me now.

Yes "allegedly". You should never leave that part off.

Well, y'know how I got involved in stupid stuff because of my home life. The gang, dating Charlie - Well, maybe not if I'm a guy in your world, but who even knows with Big Time - the time in Juvie. When the Old Man gave me the chance to be Batman, he gave me something I've never had before. He believed in me, and he gave me tools to help put my life back together. I'm not going to ever forget how important and helpful to me that was. So if I ever win the lottery, I'm putting it all in to Wayne-McGinnis Fund for Rehabilitated Youths. Like, counseling and stuff for kids that screwed up and need to figure out how to put their life back together when all anyone sees in them is a criminal.

It's mostly ethical hacking, okay.

Yeah. Well, not the dating Big Time part that definitely did not happen.

It's a good plan. I like it.
