[Henry looks extremely upset. And why wouldn't he? He just found out Regina killed Dr.Hopper. He's complete inconsolable.]

I thought...I really thought she had wanted to change. But even after all this, mun...she's still the evil Queen?

[The mun really wants to say otherwise but he's not sure how to actually tell the truth here. After all, big scary muns aren't well liked by their muses.]

I thought she loved me, mun....I thought she'd change for me...but she didn't...

[And here he is just sobbing.]

[And he wishes he could hug her but knowing the truth, or what is the truth right now. But knowing she went back on her promise to change...it's to devastating.]

[She hates the pair of them, there's such a flash of rage that she looks down. They did this, they did this when she has done nothing but try.]

I don't know what they saw, but it wasn't me. [She can't tell him that if she had decided to kill Archie, she never would have been seen; he doesn't need to know how accomplished at murder she is. At least, she won't have him hear it from her.]

I just - need you to have a little faith in me right now, Henry. [Because if she's lost even him, if there's no hope of him ever forgiving her, she doesn't think she could take it. She would have nothing.]

[Could he have faith again? She's tried to crush it before. Tried to make him think he was crazy. Old feelings of hurt are just coming back of all the things she did to him. Even if she won't tell him about who she killed he definitely knows all the lives she's ruined from his book.

So he backs away even more.]

[He's asked for a lot, always asking her to keep proving herself but now, it matters more than ever. She's just killed someone he loves and he wants more than anything to believe it's someone else and this was all a mistake. But is it really? Emma would never make up such a lie, neither would his grandparents. But, Regina? There's little doubt she would.]

Regina presses a hand over her mouth again, because tears are threatening and she is trying so hard not to lose it.

[Small, but it might just be better than nothing. She lifts her hand, like she might reach out to him, but thinks better and drops it.

She hates that she can't just run her fingers over his hair, she hates that she can't comfort him, she hates that years of motherhood have been effectively erased. It isn't fair, but she can't blame him for it.

She can blame Emma, though.]
