[She smiles at him, her eyes twinkling. Then Peggy places her hands on his shoulders to also keep herself steady.]

[One of her hands reach to cup his cheek, a thumb brushing across his skin gently.]

[ Steve leans into the touch, just a little, eyes closing briefly. ] Missed this.

[Peggy smiles softly, not dropping her hand.]

[ His eyes open after a moment, soft and fond, still with his cheek to her hand. A short, quiet exhale. ]

[She doesn't say anything to him, wanting to have this quiet moment for just a bit longer.]

[ Same goes for Steve, but he knows it'll have to end eventually. Even so, all he can do is reach out and brush back a lock of her hair. ]

[ light blush forms on her cheeks when he brushes back her hair, leaning into the touch and closing her eyes for just a few seconds.]
