I have not been a citizen of Gotham for long, but I assure you it is hardly dying. Harvey Dent saw to that before his untimely death or so I am told. I came after the dust settled when things were less colorful.

I believe in Bruce Wayne who supported Harvey Dent while he was alive. His commitment to what is best for the people of Gotham and the world is unquestionable much like his parents.
