I can't really say one way or the other. I'm not entirely certain that his mun will re-app him or if someone else will pick him up.

Unfortunately, that seems to be fairly common. Another person that my own mun plans to send to that school has his past... changed very little. Aside from some major details, of course.

My own mun gave me a more difficult time, in my case.
