Perhaps 'crate' would be a better description. the others haven't suffocated so far as I can tell.

No her plans for me are to put me in something called a 'multidimensional bar,' which she assures me is like a wine shop with unlimited space. It sounds better on the surface, but I'm beginning to think there must be more to it.

There are positives and negatives to everything. It is unfortunate that I will not get to meet you should you end up at the bar, at least not at this current time. But I'm sure it's a less... uh... destruction place than Bete Noire.

I take it from your statement you are interested in joining a place like this?

It's a bit of a complicated situation. I feel there is still so much work to be done at my home, but I'm fairly certain there's nothing more I can do for the cause.

What sort of work do you have back home that requires your attention? Why don't you think you can do much more?

I was leading a student group. Friends of the ABC.

But I...I believe I died.

What were you doing in this student group?

No, not from the Revolution. The Revolution is long past, and once again we have a king on the throne and things are as they once were.

She says you would have to write the application for her. I'm afraid little of my history is known and it would need to be greatly supplemented by what she refers to as 'headcanon.'

Oh I see. Yeah the application process for Bete Noire is a bit daunting. It's been a sore topic around my mun's house since her girlfriend got declined last week.

There is freedom behind having little known about your history. But I can understand how that would be frustrating too. What exactly is headcanon though?

Mine finds it rather daunting and it makes her anxious. There's also something about essays and 'happy funtimes.'

From what I understand it's the history you make for a character who doesn't have their own, or things you fill in that are not mentioned in the original work. It seems that since Monsieur Hugo created me, he did not do it thoroughly enough for her liking.

[He does take a sip of that drink now.]

The 'happy funtimes' are the best part! Unless you are to now tell me you don't enjoy sex. If that is the case, I think we should be drinking for your loss.

I think she's opposed to the mixing of the two.

As for sex, to be honest, I've not had much time for it.

You should be encouraged. Your mun is an excellent smut writer so you should have a good time.

Those may be the plans she has for me, but I do not intend to be so easily manipulated.

Depends on who is doing the manipulating, don't you think? You might find it a very useful tool. It sadly has only been the case once in my situation at Bete Noire. And that is when I seduced a cop I'm hoping will go easy on me if she catches me buying drugs later on.

The rest... well, that was just fun mostly.

I am not sure why but my mun just shouted she knows that song. I'm sure that might mean something to your or your mun, but I'm afraid the connection is lost to me.

It's not someone she's considering. It's someone she's got in a box whom she's letting go. Two someone's, in fact. An American werewolf with a French name, and a Norse giant who is rather short for the title.

That's a very poetic way of putting the concept of muses. I take up most of my mun's attention so at least for now I'm the only one she has. There are a few she has that are not online like I am. In fact, I'm the first she's had in any game like Bete Noire.

Perhaps we'll run into each other at least with these memes I'm learning about.
