The "enchanting vision" is Laurie Dewitt. Uh... dead girl, I guess. Former college student.

What do you mean mage?

Easy question, babe. I'm magic, with a speciality in ghosts and violence.

Oh you know... There's always some nasty thing out there looking to cause trouble. Not all supernatural entities can be cute chicks, sad to say.

[Of course, it's not like he's the kind protected he's implying he is.]

Yeah, but so is crossing the road. In case you haven't noticed, snowflake, I tend to jump right in.

[It only takes Feda a moment to gather up some magic into his hand and reach out towards Laurie, as if offering to dance. Something in his eye says to trust him on this and go for it. His speciality is making ghosts solid, even if his range is pitifully low.]

[ She's hesitant, but she reaches out and takes his hand. ]

[And with that, she can feel his hand. She's quite solid at the moment, even if that's the only difference. Ghostly appearance, inclinations and other qualities preserved.

Of note is that his hand is incredibly smooth, because he vainly takes care of them with the passion of a super model.]

[ She's just sort of staring at their joined hands, like she can't believe it. When she looks up, there are tears forming in her eyes. It's been so long since she touched anyone or was touched. ]

[He thinks he understands, although likely he has no idea how she feels. Most of his mage work, by a wide margin, is violent and horrendously so. But sometimes he gets to do stuff like this.]

Hey now, gorgeous. No tears, okay? I wanna see you smile for me.

[And, being the kind of guy he is he reaches out stroke her cheek. Basically he's thinking 'I've pulled.']

[ And pulled he has. Laurie smiles, wiping away her budding tears, then leans in to kiss his cheek. ]
