[ Normally, she'd be trying to get any scrap of information she could out of the Observer -- he always seems to know far more about what's going on than anyone else, and she could use answers. But here, it doesn't quite matter as much.

So Olivia settles for giving him a polite smile, albeit with some wariness. ]

I hope not. From what I've been told, some of my team will be coming with me.

[ Now there's a familiar face. Olivia smiles at him, but she can't entirely hide the uncertainty. Space is kind of a big deal. ]

[Whoops. He'll choose to believe that's related to the LSD joke, but just to be sure, he tones the smile down a notch, as he's trying to be supportive, not suffocating.]

[ Come to think of it, neither of them really focused on that part of the universe when there were simply other things to deal with. Peter himself has had enough of being everywhere and anywhere, that right now, right now all he wants is to kick back, play some piano and pretend there's nothing to deal with.

But knowing Olivia, the latter is near impossible. ]

Plenty of worse places out there, trust me. [ A beat. ] At least you're not going alone.

[ She's never been able to sit tight and wait for things, and this is no different -- she's unsettled, uncertain, even if it barely shows on her face. Olivia's good at keeping all that cooped up... except around Peter.

It's nothing she's not used to, though.

I know. I've been in some of them. [ She smiles back at him, reaching for him instinctively. ] But I think we'll pull through.

Worse places than space? [ A scoff. He might be just a wee bit offended... ] What did space ever do to you? Unless of course it did, in fact, do something. In which case, ignore that last sentence. And preferably the one before that.

Nothing, actually. I've never exactly had the chance to go up there.

[ This guy seems... well, eccentric is a good way of putting it, but she's seen stranger people. Worked with them, too. ]

I'd just rather be home with a fresh cup of coffee then out in space.
